Extension of machine park

Addit constantly invests in modern technologies. This time our machine park was extended by a Genius Combi CG 1530 + LSR automatic cutting machine from Prima Power. It is a combination of punching and laser cutting machine with an additional robot allowing unmanned loading, unloading and stacking. The LSR robot allows for full automation of the process, increasing its efficiency and flexibility. The new machine is located at Mild Steel Processing Department. 
The Combi Genius gives many possibilities including: automatic placing of individual elements on pallets and smaller ones in containers, working 24/7 without man attendance, teleservice and employee notification, possibility of connection with warehouse system, as well as integration with other systems operating in the company, which is particularly important in the development of Smart Factory already working at Addit as part of Industry 4.0 concept.
