A series of trainings with Addit Academy

At Addit Academy, we empower our employees to acquire and develop soft and hard competencies, such as team management, effective communication, quality assurance or machine operation and programming. Using the learning platform we have created, our team can actively participate in the training process.

The Addit Academy is not only a platform and a place where newcomers find a solid foundation of the skills needed to work effectively, but also a space for experienced professionals who want to continuously develop and expand their competences.

After learning the theoretical block, male and female employees test the acquired knowledge and skills. Under the supervision of our instructors, they create their own products. Recently, one of our colleagues, who works in an office environment every day, took part in the project, moved to production to create her own grill.
