All our employees have been trained in the field of quality and the environment and feel responsible for quality and the environment.

The production and assembly departments have the most modern and high-precision measuring and testing equipment, such as 2D scanners and 3D measuring devices.
At the beginning of each Addit Sp. z o.o. project involvement, customers are advised on quality and environmental issues.

Addit's involvement in development and design ensures the highest efficiency and lowest cost of our customers' products.

Addit processes and services conform to documented quality and environmental management systems and comply with the principles of sustainable development. Such methods as FMEA, Poka Yoke, sampling help our Process and Quality Engineers delivering the agreed quality.
For many years Addit Sp. z o.o. has held the ISO 9001 Certificate for its quality management system and ISO 14001 Certificate for its environmental management system. At the beginning of year 2021 we have implemented also ISO 45001 health and safety management system as well as we have connected all these systems into Integrated Management System.

Since 2009 Addit Sp. z o.o. has been certified for welding rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 15085-2 class CL1.
