Review of the year 2023

It was a year full of changes and global challenges. Nevertheless, the company stood out for its resilience, adaptability and commitment to innovation. For Addit, success is not just about the numbers on the charts. What's important is the satisfaction of having completed more and more advanced projects, made possible through comprehensive services in which Addit is constantly investing.

A company is not just about structures and processes. There is nothing more powerful than employees’ passion and initiative. People build Addit. Not halls. Not machines. In the past year, Addit welcomed 59 new team members, and we initiated business activities with 11 new partners, who joined our community of 257 active clients. A warm welcome is extended to all of them once again.

Addit achieved a turnover of 65 million euros. The goal for 2024 is to reach a turnover of 71 million euros.

It would like to express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to this success.

Last year, investments amounted to 7.5 million euros. The most important of these were:

• Roof renovation and ventilation of the hall,
• Foundations and roofing for the warehouse,
• Purchasing of a Trumpf TruMatic Combi 7000 laser and cutting machine,
• Purchasing of Combi Genius laser and cutting machine,
• Purchasing of CNC milling machine - DMG MORI DMV115,
• Purchasing of software for creating digital QC reports.

A crucial step for Addit was obtaining the certification for the defense market segment. Addit has been granted the "Permission to conduct business activities in the field of manufacturing products and technologies for military and police purposes" as well as the "Internal Control System" certificate.

In May 2023, Addit became a member of EcoVadis, one of the most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, intelligence, and collaborative performance improvement tools for global supply chains. Addit has already completed the initial assessment phase. This first step in ratings confirms the commitment to sustainable and socially responsible practices, recognizing the actions taken in areas such as environmental protection, business ethics, human rights, and working conditions.

Addid expects the year 2024 to be a very promising one.

• There are also some investments planned for the coming year, the main ones are:
• Establishing a Clean Room according to ISO 7 Standard,
• Acquiring machining centers, including a 5-axis CNC machine,
• Building a new Powder Paint Shop for volume products and high-temperature treatment,
• Implementing a Green Energy Project – installing a 2 MW PV farm for power self-consumption,
• Establishing an R&D department,
• Developing close cooperation with the local technical high school.

These initiatives and developments at Addit represent just a glimpse of what is to come in the next few months. The total value of all investments is set to reach 9.2 million euros.
