Training in Toyota

Last week, Addit participated in a training course organized by GRUPA KONCEPT Sp. z o.o.

In the first part of the training, we explored the Kaizen method, which we have been using at Addit for years. The second part of the day was devoted to the topic of employing people with disabilities in industrial companies. In addition, Addit managers toured Toyota's production facilities.

We keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in lean manufacturing. This training was not only a source of knowledge for us, but also an inspiration to think creatively and experiment with new solutions that we can implement to optimize our processes at Addit more effectively.
